What data do we collect?
We will ask for your name, email address, and then details of the booking. This will include the address the booking is to take place at and due to the nature of our business, the ages and number of children who will be utilising our products. For slumber parties, we will also ask for the first name and age of the birthday boy or girl in order to provide a personalised pillow but we never require any further identifiable information.
We collect this data either in person if we meet you at a fayre or via Facebook Messenger or over email.
This information is then stored on our Paypal account or Facebook Messenger App. Both of these are apps on a password protected device or a password protected laptop that is installed with up to date anti-virus and anti-spyware.
Why do we collect this data?
We collect your email address in order to send you an invoice for our services. Address of venue is required in order to set up our hire services.
Do we share this data?
We only share this information with other businesses who may be involved in the slumber party (for example, the beautician for the pamper party, Afternoon tea delivery, etc). You will always be advised who this is beforehand and only the information necessary will be provided to them.
We will never share or sell your information for any other reason.
We do not send any marketing emails.
You can request a copy of the data relating to you that we hold at any time.
If you would like us to delete all the information we have for you on file, you are legally entitled to.
We will store your information for 7 years for tax purposes and it will be deleted after that.
